We are seeking an experienced Banquet Chef with a high-volume banquet experience for our location in Buffalo. Founded in California, we have restaurants from coast to coast. You can get in on the ground floor of re-establishing this iconic restaurant as a cultural destination with seven dining options plus a banquet facility.

Banquet Chef Responsibilities:

  • All BOH functions, including cost controls, staffing, training, inventory, and food quality
  • Create memorable dining experiences
  • Lead the culinary team to excellence
Banquet Chef Qualifications:
  • Highly talented, professional, creative, and smart
  • Vibrant, take charge chef who wants to make an impact on the region's culinary scene
  • At least 3 years' experience as a multi-unit or Banquet Chef with high-volume experience of at least $6M
  • Experience with simultaneous a la carte dining and banquets
  • Multi-outlet experience required
  • Hard worker
  • Independent self-starter
  • Great personality
  • Possess a strong desire to make an impact
