Responsible for serving patients by greeting and directing them to appropriate personnel; answer incoming calls and directing those calls to appropriate departments and persons
Education: HS Diploma or equivalent required,
BA degree preferred
Bilingual in Korean or Chinese or Japanese and English languages.
Knowledge and experience in Asian culture
Multi-tasking, flexible and excellent Customer Service skills
Ability to make a quick decision backed by sound judgment (e.g., emergency cases)
Basic computer skills (e-mails, and database maintenance, search skills, etc.)
Willingness to learn new things with strong curiosity
Experience: Five years of experience in related field.
To welcome patients and visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
To answer or refer inquiries
To schedule appointments and notify patient's arrival
To answer patients' questions and maintain the reception area
To maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
To maintain office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level;
To order supplies and schedule equipment service and repairs.
To assist in billing inquiries
To report to a supervisor or manager
