We are currently recruiting for a mail room ASSISTANT for one of our clients located in NYC. Must have at least 2 years Mail room associate experience and willing to travel around from site to site.
- Sealing, stamping, sorting mail and delivery to multiple floors.
- Stuffing envelopes.
- Ship, receive, and schedule pickups for mail.
- Distribute mail to personnel.
- Track packages and maintain office materials organized.
- Purchase postage and ensure postage supply.
- Clerical duties (scan documents, document management, and photocopy)
Candidate should have:
- Experience using a postage meter.
- Experience with shipping and receiving.
- Working in a position with minimal supervision.
- Ability to follow directions, strive in a busy work environment, and work under pressure.
- Must have a GED or Equivalent.
