We have an exciting opportunity for a Lifecycle Support Analyst to join our team in the St. Louis, MO area. This individual will participate in lifecycle planning and coordinating activities to ensure that the goals and objectives within the Operations department are accurately accomplished within the established deadlines. Candidate must be a professional, enthusiastic person and must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
File, track, and maintain an organized and accessible file system for customer records
Analyze, update, and order customer maintenance contracts
Passion to identify, understand, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
Meet deadlines while balancing multiple priorities; act as internal advocate for projects; stay calm under pressure; work effectively and efficiently
Methodically analyze and evaluate; define problems/challenges, identify alternatives and make timely recommendations
Ability to maintain confidential information
Dependable Follow instructions; complete daily tasks; follow through on commitments
Create workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed, and ensure issues are resolved in a timely fashion
Escalate urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal and external resources
Suggest ways to improve process efficiency

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years experience in a support role
Intermediate knowledge of Excel including Vlookups and pivot tables
Strong research, problem solving, and analytical skills
Impeccable accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to solve problems with critical thinking, resourcefulness, and strong decision-making skills
Ability to function well autonomously and in a team-oriented environment
Excellent writing and editing skills
Ability to work on multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to maintain customer service focus in complex situations
Experience with Cisco technology is a plus
Experience with Salesforce is a plus

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor s degree preferred
