The Outlet Store Leader will be an influencer in every aspect of the role both in the community and within our Outlet. RESPONSIBILITIES Live Our Values:?People, Quality, Service, and Innovation Lead a luxury service experience while building and maintaining relationships with all members of the organization to develop strategies and grow the business Achieve budgeted sales, payroll and inventory goals Analyze sales trends, develop plans and schedules to maximize profits and minimize costs to control bottom-line expenses Attract the right talent at all levels for our ever-changing business Provide ongoing sales and product knowledge education for the team to achieve sales goals Dedicated to recruiting, hiring, training, coaching and developing all members of the team Ensure the Outlet is fully staffed and turnover is kept to a minimum Provide challenging goals and assignments to ensure all associates are trained and performing to company expectations Motivate and develop associates by providing frequent developmental discussions, product knowledge training, and sales and service techniques Schedule weekly leadership meetings to discuss business sales trends, merchandise assortment and inventory levels, new operational procedures, and hiring needs. Assists with setting weekly and monthly goals Lead Values meetings, including goals, enhancing selling techniques, seasonal promotions, home office updates, and individual recognition Ensure standards for merchandising reflect our creative vision, cleanliness, safety, and operations - all executed and implemented in a timely manner Coordinate sales and promotion activities and ensures Outlet merchandising standards are maintained consistently with company directives Deliver operational excellence in inventory procedures, ensuring MOS/RTV are completed accurately Diligent in supervising accuracy of inventory movement (DC) and home delivery (HDL), including 3rd party delivery Support, promote and assume responsibility for loss prevention in all areas of risk management, physical security, Outlet cash controls, inventory management and internal audits Embrace change and deliver top results with positive intentions no matter what the obstacle REQUIREMENTS 5+ years?leadership experience in high end furniture, luxury retail preferred Superior communication, organization and leadership skills Proven ability to lead a team to drive and exceed sales goals Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire others Ability to visually execute our creative vision Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks Demonstrates conflict management and resolution skills Smart, creative and has a point of view Concerned with what?s right, rather than who?s right Commitment to quality, detail focused on all levels Delivery of first-class service to our employees and clients PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques Ability to maneuver effectively around sale floor, stock room and office Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
