Work Environment

The Company is a mid-size, professional business with a national footprint providing security and fire installation and service to mid to large size organizations.

Position Description

Duties Include:

  1. Issuing out parts and materials from the inventory room
  2. Updating inventory system database as needed
  3. Receiving and shipping of parts
  4. Housekeeping of store room and receiving areas
  5. Interface with customer service, technical service, and delivery personnel
  6. File completed paperwork
  7. Perform regular cycle counts


Professional customer service skills including a Think Like A Customer attitude is required.

Additional requirements:

a) Excellent verbal/written communication skills with internal staff as well as external customers including the ability to work well under pressure.

b) Detail oriented, highly organized, team play.

c) Effective communication skills.

d) Must have reliable transportation.

e) Must be able to regularly lift packages and stock items.

f) Able to Multi-task

g) Previous experience in shipping and receiving, inventory, and /or data entry a plus.

h) Computer literate.

i) Pre-employment background check and drug screening will be performed prior to employment.
