Closer Utility/Cleaner position plays an important part of our daily operations by ensuring our machines, pans, utensils, and service areas are cleaned, sanitized, stocked and partially set up for the following day.
- Cleans utensils, pans and equipment utilizing approved cleaning agents in a safe and sanitary manner following restaurant policies and procedures
- Cleans equipment, walls, refrigerators, counters, etc. in accordance with restaurant standards.
- Disposes of trash in a safe and sanitary manner throughout the kitchen, front of the house, parking lot and other designated areas.
- Works in cooperation with other Closing Manger and Team Leader to ensure completion of closing assignments.
- Other duties may be assigned based on the demands of the operation.
- Must be able to lift over 40lbs
- Meals Allotment provided
- Availability 3-6 nights per week
- Hours: 6 PM 11PM
