Job Responsibility:

  • Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Resolve customer support related issues and provide customers with proper solutions to their concerns
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

  • Dedication to quality customer service
  • Adapt and react quickly to problem situations
  • Highly organized and can work independently as well as with a team.
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with many different levels of employees.
