Ideal candidates have experience in call center environments, outbound calling, telemarketing or other phone-based experience. As an Inside Sales Representative, you must be highly motivated and competitive, with a strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills.


Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls

Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

Develop and maintain a sales generation plan to meet or exceed monthly and/or annual targets

Collaborate with team on effective sales techniques

Ability to establish and expand relationships with business owners and decision makers


Merchant Services background preferred

Strong phone presence and experience making outbound calls

Proven inside sales experience

Strong listening and probing skills to identify business needs, desires and opportunities

Career and goal oriented

Computer literate internet navigation, Outlook, and Word

Strong time management and organization skills

Willingness to take risks and try new things

Strong work ethic and passion for learning

Experience using online sources to get information
