Job Description:

Greets visitors and customers

Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures

Maintains filing system; Order office supplies

Utilizes general business equipment such as fax and copier in the performance of assigned duties

Plans and coordinates meetings and special events as required

Receives telephone calls, incoming mail, assists with outgoing mail, UPS and Fedex packages and other correspondence and route as appropriate

Stocks kitchens with supplies and peapod food orders

Keeps conference rooms and other common office space organized and tidy

Performs other related duties as required
