Here's whatsuccessful individuals do in the Customer Care Center:
- Provide GREATcustomer service
- Triage incoming calls and resolve issues with customer
- Dispatch call to Service Technician when required
- This is a call-center environment, so thereis a decent amount of sitting and typing
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous customer call center experience is highly desirable.
- Experience working with a call management system a plus.
Skills, Specialized Knowledge and Abilities:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Must be energetic, a team player and willing to help others when needed.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with the internet required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to use good judgment in performing conflicting demands and managing priorities.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail
- Strong initiative with ability to seek out relevant information prior to making timely decisions.
- Ability to work overtime (evenings and weekend hours) as needed to support department efforts.
