Here's whatsuccessful individuals do in the Customer Care Center:

  • Provide GREATcustomer service
  • Triage incoming calls and resolve issues with customer
  • Dispatch call to Service Technician when required
  • This is a call-center environment, so thereis a decent amount of sitting and typing
  • Other duties as assigned



  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous customer call center experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with a call management system a plus.

Skills, Specialized Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Must be energetic, a team player and willing to help others when needed.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with the internet required.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to use good judgment in performing conflicting demands and managing priorities.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail
  • Strong initiative with ability to seek out relevant information prior to making timely decisions.
  • Ability to work overtime (evenings and weekend hours) as needed to support department efforts.
