As an Customer Service Representative you will work in the following areas:

  • Training and coaching others to develop their skills
  • Answer customer questions and provide information to resolve any issues
  • Learning the business aspect of running an advertising and marketing firm
  • Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
  • Promotional Advertising, marketing, business development, and customer service

Successful Customer Service Representatives must have the following characteristics:

  • 2-3 years of experience within a similar field
  • Leadership or effective communication skills
  • Drive, ambition, and motivation for success
  • Excellent phone skills. Speaks clearly, slowly and is a good listener
  • Character, integrity, and professionalism
  • Ability to adapt and respond to a the unique needs of different customers
