We are looking for part-time, enthusiastic, customer-service oriented people to work at our Front Desk. Our Front Desk team provides legendary service to our members and guests and play an integral role in creating the first impression of who we are to anyone walking in our door. They greet and acknowledge members and guests, check in members, answer phones and direct calls appropriately, and assist members and guests with inquiries about our programs and policies.
Front Desk Associate Job Descriptions: Team members who work at the front desk play an integral role in providing legendary customer service to our members and guests, and in so doing, contribute to the overall success of the club and the company. Our front desk team provides the first impression of who we are to anyone walking in our door and is there to greet and acknowledge members and guests, check in members, answer the phones and direct calls appropriately, and assist members and guests with inquiries and concerns.
- Provide a customer service focused environment that is friendly, welcoming, and supportive, creates raving fans and builds community (see Service Standards for more details).
- Work in partnership with other members of the Healthworks Group team and as an integrated member of the Healthworks Group Community and contribute to the effective and efficient running of the day-to-day operations of the department and club.
- Contribute to the overall financial success of the club.
