Wireless Representative Responsibilities:

Promote sales by listening attentively to customer's needs, offer suggestions, and gain their trust.Ensure you are current of promotions, products, and services.Hit sales targets by monitoring your performance.Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.Continually evaluate and react to performance.Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.Responsible for maintaining a clean and presentable store appearance.

Wireless Representative Qualifications:

Experience in customer service and sales.Team player.Strong business sense and industry knowledge is a plus.Willingness to approach customers& offer assistance with confidence.Ability to work at nearby company locations on occasion within 30 mile radius of designated home store.Ability to attend monthly trainings/meetings at nearby company training centers within 30 mile radius of designated home store.Sales experience is a plus, but your skills and ability must make a positive impact.Flexible full-time schedule to accommodate day, night, weekend& holiday shifts.High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred.Ability to lift or move up to 30 lbs.Ability to stand for long periods of time.Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications pertinent to position.Commitment to company mission and values.Ability to communicate clearly through reading, writing, and speaking.

Wireless Representative Compensation:

Combination of hourly wage and personal sales commission.
