OverviewService Support Specialist - Denver, COThe OpportunityMotili is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Service Support Specialist 1 position. The Technical Support Specialist (TSS) is an expert on all aspects of Motili's technology platform including our web based platform and mobile applications. His / her job is to provide technical support to both internal (Motili) and external (Contractor and Client) users. The TSS conducts training sessions and demos with clients and contractors, monitors chat and phone lines for support needs and works with job management to make sure jobs are completed in a timely manner. The TSS has the highest level of access into the Motili platform and is able to adjust pricing, create clients and contractors and ensure financial compliance for complete profiles. The TSS must be technically skilled to understand our technology, but also aware of operational processes and business logic and rules.
