The Analytics and Insights (A&I) team within gTech's Strategy and Operations organization manages and utilizes large, complex data sets to solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems while also providing operational analytics and reporting. The team combines analytical rigor, objectivity and an understanding of the business' strategies and operations to enable gTech and the Ads ecosystem business to provide an excellent customer experience and drive smart business decisions.
In this role, you will own or contribute to elements of the Ads Global Customer Care forecasting function, including research and development (building and optimizing models and decision support tools), operational deep dives (targeted analyses) and process, which are critical to delivering excellent customer care to Google's Ads customers.
