This is an inside sales position with quota responsibility. The Account Manager works closely with our customers to ensure their satisfaction with our Network Detective software platform and to drive renewal business and upgrade sales. The Account Manager is accountable for identifying and addressing (either directly or by bringing in other resources) all business and technical issues impacting the productive use of Network Detective by customers in their assigned territory. The Account Manager will be supported by a Sales Engineer. However, the Account Manager must become a subject matter expert in Network Detective and be able to deliver a web-based product overview using PowerPoint slides as well as demonstrate the Network Detective application. The Account Manager is also responsible for re-engaging with cancelled accounts and converting ad hoc users of the Network Detective software into fully paid subscriptions. In addition, the Account Manager reports key account metrics and insight to internal teams while contributing to the overall program success.
Establish long-term relationships with assigned accounts while helping the customer get full use and benefit from our software.
Ensure renewal subscription revenue.
Provide consultative sales, leadership, coordination and guidance to the customer through upselling additional company products.
Map Network Detective module solutions to the customer s unique business and technical requirements.
Re-engage with cancelled accounts and drive subscription sales to Ad Hoc user of Network Detective.
Maintain current, high-level technical knowledge of the entire Network Detective product line and future product direction.
Provide clear and constructive product feedback to Product Management team based on customer use-cases and requirements.
Understand the customer s high-level business challenges while functioning as an advisory resource for Best Practices and driving adoption of Network Detective software products within your assigned accounts.
- You should have at least 1 years of IT quota sales experience. This is a consultative sales position to an established customer base.
Must be a fast learner with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
Familiar with and conversant in operating systems, network devices, basic security, desktop, back-up/storage, RMM software. HIPAA and PCI compliance a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing client demands.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We offer a highly competitive compensation program with base salary plus commission and bonus at quota with no caps on comp (OTE $85,000). In addition our benefit package includes 401k, health benefits, life & disability insurance.
