Product Support Associate

Product Collection Support:

Responsible for knowing all details and/or specifications of furniture and lighting

Communicate with domestic factories and colleagues overseas to gather product information

Answer all product inquiries from staff and Sales representatives

Assist in creating Sales Tools and support documents

Maintain product information in database system.

Generating Quotes:

Generate quotes for customizations, specialty items and special services while entering information in corresponding database

Generate custom Drawings for Approval using Vectorworks (will train)

Update and validate annual documents for accuracy

Create reports


Projects or tasks may be assigned as needed assisting other departments, including Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Production and/or Product Development

Skills Required:

Bachelors Degree

Strong Customer Service background preferred

Ability to read scaled drawings

Ability to multi-task and focus in an environment where priorities often shift

Ability to handle short and quick deadlines under pressure

Strong, positive and friendly communication skills (both verbal and written)

Highly organized and goal oriented

Effectively work within a team as well as independently

Ability to problem solve and think outside the box

Experience in or passionate to learn about the luxury home furnishings industry

Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills

Knowledge of operating systems, especially Navision (a Windows based platform), is a plus (will train)

English advanced level required for daily written and verbal communication
