40 hour - DayShift - Monday through Friday Position Summary: Ideal candidate shall implement and maintain standards for his/her area of responsibility to comply with all outside regulatory agencies whether they are local, state, and/or federal. -Maintains the Massachusetts engineers log book, Massachusetts State Operator log book, as well as plant log books. -Provide a variety of advanced maintenance procedures to building and equipment. -Procedures include repairs, preventive maintenance, fire and life safety inspections and effective management of the energy management system. -Operate boilers, generators, chillers and HVAC equipment throughout the power plant. -Will perform testing of water treatment for boilers, cooling towers and chillers. Qualifications High School Graduate with vocational training; knowledge of power plant operations. Minimum 3-5 years experience in field of training. Knowledge of healthcare setting and ability to read blueprints or schematic drawings desirable. Certification/License: Current Massachusetts Driver's License required.
