The Custodial Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Restaurant Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed. The responsibilities include: Daily cleanliness of outside and inside the restaurant Filtering oil fryers daily Maintaining outside grounds Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms Unload delivery truck 2 times a week Take out and empty trash compactor Change light bulbs Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris Reliable transportation a must because of early morning start of 4:30 am and not on a bus route.Requirements:Ability to get jobs with minimal supervision. Ability to work with others. Handy with tools and Mechanically inclined a plus.Additional Info:Additional equipment training available.
