Telesales Executive - Jamaica
Promotes and sells DHL services by phone to meet sales targets and generate revenue. Responds to customer needs and requirements with the appropriate DHL service. Develops and maintains relationships with new and existing clients by prospecting and responding to business development needs.
Monitors and reviews customer sales activity and makes adjustments to processes and strategies. Develops and executes telephone, web, email and mail marketing to establish and qualify clients/prospects. Makes outbound calls to or accepts inbound calls from prospective clients and answers questions. Qualifies leads sent from Lead Qualifiers and sources own leads by doing cold calls.
Generate revenue from the facilitation of outbound/inbound calls to and from customers
Manage a portfolio of customers to retain, develop, and achieve growth via acquisitions
Make cold calls and identify needs
Convert prospects to active account holders
Pursue leads and do follow up calls to customers
Diploma or Associate Degree
Previous experience of at least 3 years in a similar capacity would be an asset
Experience selling to Small & Medium business.
Excellent organizational skills with ability to take initiative and prioritize work, while paying attention to detail
Driven to exceed targets and quotas
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work effectively in a busy, time-sensitive environment
