Responsibilities* Cooks food according to recipes and follows standard cooking methods to produce a consistent product.* Follows all recipes and tastes food being cooked to ensure quality.* Records amount of food prepared and leftovers on production forecasting sheets.* Cleans and sanitizes all food surface areas, counters and equipment.Requirements* High School Diploma or GED.* Culinary certification preferred.* Two years of cooking experience.* Frequent physical demands include: Walking , Carry objects , Push/Pull , Twisting , Bending , Reaching forward , Reaching overhead , Wrist position deviation , Taste or Smell Occasional physical demands include: Sitting , Climbing (e.g., stairs or ladders) , Squat/kneel/crawl Continuous physical demands include: Standing , Talk or Hear Lifting Floor to Waist 50 lbs. Lifting Waist Level and Above 50 lbs.
