Description

As an Associate Manager Sales, you will be responsible for selling and servicing industrial water treatment customers.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

This is a sales growth position where the primary activity is selling new business, the role will also have a customer base that will require value added service attention.
Prospecting for and the acquisition of new customers, through value added consultative selling technique.
Sales growth of the territory by controlling attrition in existing accounts while aggressively pursuing new business
Providing value added consultative program control advice to our customers
Review treatment programs and processes (cooling, boiler, wastewater treatment) within the territory accounts ensuring effective applications through routine testing and monitoring resulting in customer satisfaction and business retention.
Conduct annual business reviews with all customers assigned.
Management of customer inventories on site including coordinating orders and deliveries
Maintain and build business/customer relationships.
Conduct the necessary site and LMS/classroom training programs to understand the overall operations of the territory plants and new customer sites.
Sell new business and new applications in your territory. Develop and implement sales plans on new opportunities with the direction of the Area Manager including documenting ROI. Establish, maintain and prioritize an accurate and current sales funnel in SFDC.
Manage profitability of the accounts assigned
Review territory applications and processes/procedures for safety improvements.

Bachelor s degree in a science, mathematical or engineering field
Proven sales skills in the Mining arena and preferably in the field of water treatment
Must be eager and capable to move into more responsible roles including management.
Strong work ethic
Focus on safety
Clean driving record
Common computer/software skills, Microsoft and SFDC
Must be authorized to work in the United States
