We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our TEAM Full Time!

Fire Fighters and Paramedics stand ready to help us in our most difficult times. When we are most scared, and most in danger, they are the ones who bring us to safety--physically and emotionally. Sometimes, our Fire Fighters and Paramedics need help. The work they do can be traumatic. The IAFF Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Treatment and Recovery, is a first-of-its-kind rehabilitation center designed especially for and by firefighters. That is why the International Association of Fire Fighters partnered with Advanced Recovery Systems: for a place that will provide care and treatment for substance abuse, PTSD, and other co-occurring behavioral health issues. This is your chance to help them.

The Receptionist is responsible for managing the telephone systems, retrieving messages from voice-mail, taking messages for staff and other tasks, as needed


Knows the whereabouts of staff on a continuous basis.


Maintains a professional atmosphere both on the telephone and in the waiting area.


Maintains confidentiality pertaining to clients and families.


Maintains the visitor and employee sign-in/sign-out logs. Ensures all visitors receive a Visitor badge and returns it after visit.


Maintains and orders office supplies for every department.

Requirements


Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.


At least one (1) year in a professional office setting.
