As a Strategic Accounts Executive, youwill have an opportunity to establish and maintain multilevel relationshipswith Hill-Rom s strategic accounts for care communications solutions. Thisunique role includes identifying sales potential, negotiating and closingopportunities, delivering clinical and operational outcomes. You willcollaborate in a matrixed sales organization, leveraging communication ofshared customer strategies. Hillrom s portfolioincludes high-value clinical applications that can help our customers driveimprovements in patient and caregiver communication, clinical outcomes, andclinical workflow. You will partner with cross-portfolio sales executives totarget key accounts and close IT and software solution sales that aim toprotect patients and improve caregiver and patient satisfaction. This isa field-based role with geographical flexibility.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned:Use health economics data todevelop territory business plans to meet/exceed assigned sales goals Own all relationship with IDNs/ strategic accounts for Care Communications products, includingincreasing adoption, ensuring retention, expansionGain trust and maximizecredibility with customers and partnersEstablishesa trusted/strategic advisor relationship with corporate IDN leaders andregional influencersPartnerwith IDN leaders to establish critical goals or other key performanceindicators and aid the client in achieving their goalsConsistentlydeliver on orders target for assigned accountsGaindeep understanding of IDN budget processes and processes for approval ofcapital Proactively source and drivenew business by capturing previously untapped customers as well as growingexisting installed base for Hillrom Care Communications solutions,including clinical communication applications, nurse call/communication,real time locating, patient safety applications, connectivity, and othernew products and solutions as they are introduced.Deliver effective presentationsto promote the value of Hillrom solutions as drivers for clinical outcomesand with technical insight that provides customers with confidence andassurance that Hillrom solutions complement their IT environment Interact effectively with allroles within the C-Suite via strong executive presence, and the tenacityand health economics savvy to gain access to this audience for meetingsthat drive the business forward.
