Customer Service




We are currently hiring for Customer Service Representatives at our client in Rancho Cordova!

These are 3-6 month temporary roles to start with opportunity for extension or permanent placement.

Pay rate: $15/hr

- Responds to telephone inquiries and reservation requests using standard scripts and procedures.
- Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries.
- Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
- Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.
- Escalates inquiries to appropriate staff as required.
- Responds to voice mails left after hours.
- Escalates calls with issues requiring more in-depth research.
- Respond to IM and email based communication.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Customer Service Background and skills
- Minimum six months experience in customer service/call center environment
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Articulate, customer focused and possess proper telephone etiquette
- Demonstrated computer proficiency and the ability to maneuver and navigate between computer screens and programs
- Ability to type 40 wpm

High School

Entry Level

- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Background check and Drug Screen required
