Corestream (corestream.com) is seeking a Retail Discounts Director to run our PowerShopping Discounts team. You ll own the entire Retail Discounts product on Corestream s client sites, handling everything from bringing new retail vendors onto our platform, to monitoring performance of existing vendor partners and tweaking campaigns as needed, to working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and tech teammates to improve site usage and participation. Corestream is headquartered in Tampa, FL but this role can be remote
Lead the existing PowerShopping Discounts team
Create and execute on a discount shopping portal strategy to increase overall traffic to and usage of our clients discount sites
Develop a strategy for bringing new retail vendors onto our platform, both in terms of targeting new categories as well as efficiency in the process for contracting and onboarding
Own all discounts-related revenue streams, namely retailer commissions and ad placement revenue
Fill all ad placement capacity based on available real estate and monitor performance to ensure strong retailer ROI and subsequent repeat revenue
Optimize bi-weekly opt-ins newsletter content and copy to maximize open rates and click through rates
Utilize accounting IT system to facilitate processes and maintain records
Responsibility for payroll administration
Recipe for Success
Bachelor's degree is required
4 to 10 years experience, preferably in vendor management, account management, retail discounts, and/or business development
Experience negotiating terms and contracts
Experience working with marketing CRMs, namely HubSpot and Salesforce
Experience with data-driven marketing is a plus
