Outside Sales Rep

We re currently looking for smart, enthusiastic people who want to help us revolutionize the logistics industry by playing an integral role in a forward-thinking sales environment in fast growing startup company. The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is the crucial, first impression of Zuum Transportation Inc to medium to large enterprise organizations and lay the foundation for solid, long-lasting successful relationships.

Requirements:
  • Develop and support new business within assigned region
  • Nurture existing regional account base to ensure expansion of Zuum's portfolio within accounts
  • Work with assigned regional resources to ensure growth of sales pipeline and attainment of quarterly sales goals
  • Define and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory.
  • Identify and pursue key executives at target companies
  • Promptly follow-up on all assigned qualified leads
  • Maintain consistent levels of activity to reach assigned quarterly goals
  • Manage, track, and report sales activities and results using internal CRM
  • Work with cross functional teams to ensure the account is properly maintained
  • Coordinate marketing activities for your assigned region with Zuum's Marketing team
  • Strong understanding of companies sales cycle and the ability to evangelize Zuum's suite of products

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven track record of quota attainment and over achievement
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
  • Ability to understand and interpret customer needs
  • Effective time management and strong organizational skills
  • Established book of business with fortune 500 Enterprise
  • Ability to leverage existing network of prospective customers

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a outside sales role
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to manage
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction
  • Bachelors degree (strongly recommended)
