Candidate Responsibilities

Working under direct supervision, this position is focused on providing high-quality service and collaborative claim management to our clients. The foundational skills that you will learn involve how to manage claim service inquiries, including notice of claim, basic fact gathering technique, and what goes into an in good order new claim file. The skills and knowledge that you acquire and use will assist in claims decision making and serve as a foundation to further develop your career.

Functional Skills

Your attention to detail, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities all with a positive attitude will assist with claim decision making and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
