What we do is coordinate benefits for labor unions, credit unions, and associations. Working with police departments, firefighters, teachers, postal workers and other labor unions as well. Right now we are seeking representatives for Los Angeles County, Inland Empire, and the High Desserts.
We have set up direction relationships with over 5,000 union associations around Southern California. The role of a customer service representative is to simply educate these members who request information about the benefits that are available to them through their union affiliation.
