Data Entry\Customer Service Role

Outbound Calls required to follow up on service requests.
Exception Processing
Requests for Employee Information for Payroll Related items.

Those with Payroll Processing & HR Coordinators type roles that have direct experience with Payroll.

I9 Processing and Experience.

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of HR transactions and HR record management activities. Analyzes and resolves HR Operations issues from associates, managers, and Human Resource professionals. In this role you will be working in a centralized Human Resources department in a production-based environment completing various daily tasks and assignments as well as Ad Hoc projects.

Duties:

Processes transactions for Human Resource which requires analyzing, calculating and entering data in HR system (UltiPro) and Time and Attendance System (UTA)
Analyzes and resolves more complex HR related issues for employees, managers, and Human Resources professionals
Researches inquiries and process requests from current and former associates
Communicates issues and coordinates activities with various internal constituents to ensure appropriate processing
Prioritizes workload based on internal operational, regulatory, and processing deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy and production standards
Effective verbal and written communication skills

Experience:

2-4 years' experience in production a environment, office experience preferred
HR business experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Display effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Education:

Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required. Associate's degree desired or equivalent work experience.
