Kelly Finance & Accounting is seeking a part-time Invoice Processor to work in the small office setting of our Brooklyn Center-based client. This is a long-term temporary assignment that can last as long as a year and beyond! It's an ideal opportunity for anyone looking for a part-time schedule.
As the Invoice Processor, you would be in charge of:

  • Auditing invoices

  • Entering invoices into the accounting database

  • Calculating margins on invoices

  • Accurately processing data

  • Other accounting or administrative duties as needed


  • 1-2 years of basic accounting experience (AR/AP)

  • Strong data entry skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
