Customer Service Rep - EDI

Provide exemplary customer service to both our internal teams and customers
Work directly with customers and sales team to share accurate information
Effectively resolve customer inquiries
Assist in educating customers and executing Kettle Cuisines terms and conditions
Process orders promptly and efficiently
Respond to any major service disruptions and provide direction and support
Collaborate with all levels/departments representing the voice of the customer
  • Data Entry- process up to 100 + orders daily
  • EDI processing and customer set up
  • Corroborate correct and updated pricing with accounting and sales team
  • Send order updates and confirmations
  • Assist carriers with receiving issues
  • Order tracking
  • Short lead Support and processing
  • Work with QA, carrier and sales to ensure proper TTR handling
  • Process purchase order recovery
  • Communicate to customer any order changes, including shorts and date changes
  • Assist in Salesforce Training
  • Conduct outbound courtesy calls
  • Demonstrate commitment to accuracy
  • Works independently to prioritize and process orders
  • Perform follow up to ensure customer satisfaction via phone and email
  • Create a positive atmosphere of professionalism and support.
  • Comfortable working on multiple tasks calmly and efficiently in a busy work environmentQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and/or food industry
  • Experience with EDI
  • Salesforce or CRM experience
  • Experienced working with Ross or other ERP systems
  • Excellent prioritization and planning skills
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word
  • Financial and business acumen
