Reporting to the Regional Executive Chef, the Executive Sous Chef/ Chef de Cuisine must have experience and comprehensive understanding of seasonal, market driven cuisine.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2+ year managing a formal dining kitchen.
While keeping with our standards of food quality and restaurant cleanliness, the candidate will have a solid foundation in bright & light globally inspired Cuisine, an understanding of restaurant operations, with supervising and managing all aspects of the kitchen and production of all items.
Experience with large volume operations required!
