Liability Determination Adjusters provide empathetic and compassionate service to our customers after an auto accident. Adjusters also investigate each claim to determine responsibility for the loss.

A Day in the Life:
Investigate single and multi-vehicle auto accidents using innovative tools and technology.
Adjusters will be required to gather the following information for an investigation: recorded statements from the drivers and any witnesses involved, review damage estimates and photos, scene photos and video, as well as any official reports.
Communicate compassionately with customers and help them through their claim process in a fast, fair and easy manner.
Negotiate claim settlements with customers and claimants in accordance with Allstate and NJ state guidelines.
Use data and analytics to problem solve and contribute to team goals by sharing ideas and opinions.
If offered the position, you will be required to travel to travel to Chicago, Illinois or Charlotte, North Carolina within the first two months for a 10-day hands on training session in our state-of-the-art facility. As part of your training, you will also be required to obtain an adjuster license.

You have a bachelor's degree
You have prior customer service experience
You're a self-starter who can work independently or with a team
You're excited about solving problems, creating solutions and embrace change
You're proficient with Microsoft Office
You're organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
You communicate clearly and professionally - both written and verbal
You're comfortable in a role that requires extensive phone communication.
Being bilingual and/or having prior military experience is a plus
