Our dedication to customers and associates is at the core of our business culture and is represented by five core values: financial strength, superior people, customer focus, cost-effective operation, and having fun.FSR/Customer Service Secretary (28 hours/week)SUMMARYAt the direction of the Center Manager, FSR/Customer Service Secretary is responsible for providing secretarial support to the center officers and customers in addition to the regular functions of an FSR which is responsible for selling the bank's products and services to existing and new prospective customers.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.* Complies with and stays abreast of all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to his or her job.* Demonstrates a thorough working knowledge of the Bank's established policies and procedures.* Maintain a professional, business-like appearance and manner at all times, including neatness of the work area.* Provides consistent, prompt, efficient, and professional customer service which exemplifies "The Citizens Experience."* Consult with customers and prospects to identify products and services that will meet the customer/prospect financial objectives.* Sell and cross-sell bank products and services to existing and potential customers.* May be involved in customer calls at the customer's place of business.* Ensure proper documentation requirements are met for all accounts maintained by the Center.* Timely and accurate completion of all required monthly reports.* Other duties as assigned.CompetenciesTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies :Technical Skills - Assesses own strengths and weaknesses; Pursues training and development opportunities; Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; Shares expertise with others.Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organization.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.REASONING ABILITYAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
