In this role, the Receptionist manages the branch lobby area, answers all incoming telephone calls and acts as the primary telephone administrative support resource for the Branch. The Receptionist greets and directs all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers. Ensures completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures. Handles special administrative projects, as well as overflow work from department and executive assistants.Responsibilities:* Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate parties using a multi-line phone system.* Take messages and respond to all inquiries in a professional, courteous manner.* General office organization including filing.* Composes, edits and proof reads correspondence, letters and various forms and/or documents.* Research, resolve and complete special projects as assigned.* Provides general assistance to management staff.* Demonstrate commitment to Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and apply knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work.* Minimum of two years experience in a professional office environment, prior receptionist experience preferred.* Experience using multi-line phone system.* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Strong organizational skills.* Ability to handle multiple duties, task effectively.
