Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation as part of a larger HCM and ERP project. Customer is nearing payroll go-live this role is to assume leadership of a team already in place. There is a secondary objective to build a repeatable payroll conversion validation process.
Candidate needs to be experienced leading an Oracle Cloud Payroll Implementation project. Candidate needs strong client-facing communication skills. Ability to work onsite and remotely with Client Payroll Leads. Must have previous experience with Oracle Payroll Cloud implementation/support. Expertise in building reports using OTBI, data loads using HCM data loader and Payroll Batch Loader. Should be able to validate/correct HR data on employee/payroll records.
Must be self-motivated, self-starter, able to work independently and remotely.
Experience (must have):
At least 3 years of experience.
At least 2 years experience working with Oracle Payroll Cloud
Report development (OTBI)
Data load/conversion (HDL)
