Job Description:

Multiple Farmers Insurance Agencies located in Los Angeles County are looking for an agency producer who excels in providing exceptional support and professionally representing their company.

As an agency producer, your main mission will be to help make a positive first impression to our clients as you will be on the front lines.

Essential Job Functions:

Specific criteria/requirements to be considered include:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused office providing on-point support to Agency owner and co-workers; you do not fluster easily in a high-pressure environment
Strong communication skills- you can represent the Agency well both through written correspondence and when speaking to customers
Technologically savvy - you know your way around a computer, can operate in Microsoft Office (particularly Word & Excel) and you can pick up new systems quickly
Friendly demeanor; dedicated to contributing to a positive work environment
Client needs assessment aptitude; you can listen to customers and figure out how to get to the root of a problem at hand, either by collaborating with your coworkers, OR by independently researching, analyzing, and deducing the best resolution
Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses with the State of CA Department of Insurance within the first 60 days of employment (we will guide you through this process)

Qualifications

*High school graduate or equivalent . College experience, not required but a plus

* Have or acquire California State Insurance Licenses, help available for study and testing

* Favorable credit history with no debts in collection totaling more than $1,000

* No bankruptcies or excessive charge offs within the last 12 months

* Favorable criminal record, no felony convictions or charges involving theft/fraud

* Valid CA state issued driver's license

* Authorized to work in this country for any employer, can be self-employed and state licensed.

All candidates must successfully pass the Farmers Insurance Application/Background Check prior to being accepted in to the program:

Compensation:

Salary plus monthly residual commissions - Bonuses are based on performance and achievement of goals.
