Summary: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned: -Oversee the distribution of orders and assign priorities based on shipping requirements -Responsible to verify the life cycle of orders on different Queues -Ensure that pick and pack clerks are following protocol -Responsible to supervise that orders are flowing through the pack stations in a timely manner -Prioritize orders based on the Order fulfillment manager instructions. -Responsible for garments to be pack in an organized and presentable manner. -Maintain Housekeeping throughout the facility and area. -Responsible to supervise that HC and ID orders requirements are followed -Communicates with upper management if orders will required more than 48 hours to fulfill. -Effectively communicates daily priorities with the shipping department Required Experience: Competency: To perform the job successfully, and individual should demonstrate the ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds, teams and contribute to building a positive team spirit. Person must work with integrity and ethics, and must be willing to promote a harassment-free environment. Must be able to approaches others in a tactful and constructive manner. The individual must possess strong organizational skills and make founded decisions quickly based on research and discussion. Must have the ability to work under pressure, meet strict timelines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Individual must be able to work a full-time schedule, including overtime as needed. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, the employee will need 1 to 3 years' experience in order fulfillment. Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Ability: Must have English as primary language of business with secondary languages a plus. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Computer Skills: Individual must have experience in processing information and merchandise through computer system and manage production effectively. Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
