Sales Representative

Manage and process all new business leads, including but not limited to: processing new quotes, making outgoing calls to explain quotes, closing the sale, and gathering all required documentation.

Job Requirements:


  • Make outgoing calls and meet with clients in person to explain quotes and close new business sales.

  • Explain coverage to new clients.

  • Process and organize all required documentation for new customer accounts.

  • Cross-sell other lines of insurance to existing clients.

  • Assist with managing existing customer accounts (i.e. policy changes, billing issues, and organizing documents).

  • Participate in local marketing events throughout the year with other staff members.


  • Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance (or must be able to obtain).

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Excellent people skills and communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task.

  • Ability to work on a team.

  • Sales and customer service experience required.

  • Bachelor s degree in Business or related field preferred but not required.
